Arlington Strength and Conditioning is more than a business to Coach D, it is his passion. He knows exactly what it's like to struggle upstairs and be out of breath in parking lots because he was once nearly 400lbs himself. The sweat equity he's earned partnered with his infectious personality make for a highly motivating atmosphere that help athletes perform to the best of their abilities every day.
Danny has been practicing CrossFit and Weightlifting for approximately three years and coaching for half of that time. He is consistently studying Weightlifting, Powerlifting and StrongMan methodologies to understand how to properly implement different methodologies into his programming. Widely considered a patient trainer, he believes in teaching athletes how to safely perform movements before efficiencies and higher weights are approached.
Coach Danny's mantra is "strength over everything" and you can see it in his programming each day and believes that by making an individual stronger, not only will their everyday life improve, they will become better, faster and more agile athletes.
