Robert Hudson is a 31-year old Arlington native, Combat Veteran, and lifelong athlete.
When a freshman at UTA in 2001, Robert weighed only 135 lbs. On 9-11-01, he withdrew from college and joined the army infantry to go and fight. Quickly, he found out that he needed to get and stay stronger, and has focused on that goal ever since.
Getting stronger didn’t just improve his job performance, it improved his life in all areas. As a Sergeant in the Infantry, he was tasked with keeping himself, and his soldiers in a constant state of peak physical fitness levels.
Since the Army, Robert has studied Kinesiology at UTA while getting other fitness certifications. He believes that this lifestyle of fitness requires constant learning, teaching and coaching of himself, as well as his athletes. He believe that “improvement begins outside of our comfort zone”, and intends on pushing his athletes, and himself, towards improvement.
