Almost 4 years ago, Sara had hit a plateau. Seeing a picture a friend had posted online brought it to her attention more than ever. It was at that moment something needed to change. With the regular gym routine not cutting it, she started working out at a CrossFit gym. At that point, she never looked back…
Her love for that style of training evolved into a passion, something she wanted daily in her life and something she wanted to pass on to others. Having been an athlete most of her life and having coached volleyball for 10 years, she wanted to bring her knowledge of different coaching styles and techniques to the gym.
Currently, Sara holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate as well as a CrossFit Kids Trainer certificate. She is a member of the weightlifting team at Arlington Strength & Conditioning and exemplifies a “practice what you preach” mentality. Sara is constantly learning and researching ways to communicate with the athletes and help make them stronger. It is important to her to be able to bring new techniques and new skills to each athlete everyday.
