The weightlifting program at Arlington Strength and Conditioning will combine Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and StrongMan methodologies to make you as strong as possible. Each athlete becomes part of the Weightlifting team and meets with their team on designated days to execute pre-assigned lifts at their custom tailored weights.
Contact Coach D to see if you are eligible for this class. A general pre-requisite is an established work capacity, base level of strength and working knowledge of the basic and compound lifts.
